Hi everyone,
Most of us are serious amateur photographers, and have taken a lot of photos that are now collecting cyber-dust on our computers. I decided to join a stock agency in order to sell them, so at least I can make some money with it. Sales are actually going really well, especially when you have an extensive portfolio. The stock agency I use is Dreamstime. Earnings per image can be from $0.60 to >$5000. I know that $0.60 doesn't sound like much, but if you see that you can sell that image several times (keep in mind you have the entire world as your market), the price will make a significant difference.

Чужие ссылочки мы обычно убираем сразу... они не продержались бы долбше одного дня. Если сообщение висит столько времени, значит все ок

I had to get a colleague of mine to translate to English. Thanks for clearing this up by the administration.
The purpose of the post is indeed to notify people that they can do more with their photos, and it is very simple to do it.

Hi Paul,
Usualy we remove such kind of advertising, but in your case we've been keeping it for a long time. I also think it is a good thing to photographers to sell their photos. No problem with your advertising so far we know who you are  ))
Translation from Russian - somebody wrote your message was spam, Kate told her it wasn't, and got a reply what about our rules about "no spam" and "no advertising" from members or guests on our site. We strongly reccomend to our members do not click on advertising that goes not from administration (to prevent viruses, etc.). Kate told her everything is okay with you. That's all.

Hi Gleb,
Also you thanks the explanation. I didn't mean to advertise actually. It's really because I see a lot of excellent work out there and people tend to post those extremely good photos on all kind of websites from where companies download them, for free, and then use them without anyones permission. I know that flicr.com is an example from where photos get "stolen". It's sad that it happens! Therefore I'd like to make everyone aware that without any real effort they can upload them to a stock agency, like Dreamstime, and then at least get paid for those wonderful photos.
I hope this clarifies my motto a little better.
