Can't upload photos

When I try and upload a photo. Nothing happens. I choose a pic then press upload and nothing happens. I have done some in the recent past and had no problem.

You can to send your pictures to Admin by email adminsite@photokonkurs.com
Maybe problem with pictures.

Hello and I have tried to submit a pictures as to the fellowing steps and it keep taking me back to sign in. The pictures been resize to fit and I have other photo shot in other catagories. So why willn't let me upload pictures I even reactivated my password and still not letting upload picture.
